In the previous article, we talked about the top ten common problems in the production process of release films. 

1、 Scratches on the release film surface. Film surface scratches can be divided into large-scale scratches and intermittent scratches.

There are three reasons for large-scale scratches: ① It may be due to the guide roller not rotating. ② The tension is too small and the speed is relatively slow. ③ Unidentified objects directly contact the film surface (such as the encoder falling off, etc.)

2. There are two reasons for intermittent scratches: ① aging and damage of the oven belt. ② There is a foreign object on the guide roller.

2、 Dirt and foreign objects on the release film surface. There are three reasons for film fouling:

1. The guide roller or pressure roller is dirty and not cleaned thoroughly

2. Poor filtration in the oven

3. Workshop 5 "S" not done properly

3、 There are 6 reasons for uneven winding of release film:

1. Correction failure

2. Insufficient or no inflation in the pipe

3. Poor paper tube (deviation or imprinting during winding)

4. Unbalanced compression shaft or unstable compression shaft pressure

5. The guide roller is not level

6. The winding tension is too low

4、 White mist on the release film surface. Causes of white mist on the film surface:

1. The main agent or solvent is contaminated

2. The temperature on the second floor alternates between cold and hot with the temperature in the workshop

3. The humidity of the coating head is too high

4. After the product is discharged from the oven, hot air is discharged to produce water vapor

5、 White spots on the release film surface. Reasons for white spots on the film surface:

1. The adhesive particles produced by the coating head glue tank that has not been cleaned in a timely manner due to prolonged production time

2. The oven and guide rollers are not cleaned thoroughly

3. The direction of the inlet and outlet of the filter rod is incorrect

4. There are foreign objects in the solvent incoming material (use a filter cloth when applying the solvent)
