In the process of producing release films, we will encounter various problems. Today we would like to share with you the common problems encountered during the production process of release films.

1、 Scratches on the surface of the release film - Scratches on the flat surface of the film material form fine groove lines, and a bright line can be observed through reflection.

2、 The surface of the release film is dirty - there are adhesive particles, foreign objects, etc. on the surface of the film material, which is characterized by being erasable.

3、 Uneven winding of release film - The end face after winding is uneven, with a general protrusion of ≤ 5mm.

4、 White mist on the release film surface - white cloud like spots appear in some areas, somewhat like traces of milk flowing through.

5、 White spots on the release film surface - There are white particle spots on the film surface that are not erasable.

6、 Rainbow pattern - optical refraction and reflection appear in colorful colors, like oil layers on the water surface.

7、 Scraper marks - uneven lines in the coating caused by abnormal scraping of the coating head.

8、 Vertical lines (tension lines) - The lines formed by stretching the membrane under tension, especially at high temperatures.

9、 Release film does not release - it cannot be peeled off after being attached to the tape.

10、 Release film wrinkles - uneven surface of the release membrane.
