Chemical coating film
In order to improve the surface performance of PET film, improve the adaptability of printing, and enhance the adhesion of vacuum aluminum coating, corona treatment is usually used to increase the surface tension of the film. However, the corona method has issues with timeliness, especially in high temperature and humidity environments where the film tension after corona treatment is easily attenuated. However, the chemical coating method does not have such a problem, so it is favored by the printing and aluminum plating industries. Domestic enterprises have developed a series of PET chemical coating products: such as water-soluble polymer coating, which can improve the surface tension of PET films; Coating with acrylate lotion can improve the adaptability of printing; Applying polyurethane aqueous solution coating can enhance the adhesion between the aluminum coating and the PET substrate film, and increase the thickness of the aluminum coating.
PET anti-static film
The world has entered the era of information technology, with electromagnetic waves of various frequencies and wavelengths filling the entire Earth's space. These electromagnetic waves can cause varying degrees of interference to unshielded sensitive electronic components, circuit boards, communication equipment, etc., causing data distortion and communication disorder. The static electricity generated by electromagnetic induction and friction can have destructive effects on various sensitive components, instruments, and certain chemical products, such as high-voltage discharge caused by the accumulation of static electricity in packaging films. Therefore, it is also important to develop anti-static PET packaging films. A certain Antistatic agent is added to the film to form an extremely thin conductive layer on the film surface and form a continuous phase, improve the surface conductivity and make the generated charge leak as soon as possible.
PET heat sealing film
Ordinary PET belongs to crystalline polymers. After stretching and orientation, PET films will produce a large degree of crystallization. If they are heat sealed, shrinkage deformation will occur. Therefore, ordinary PET films do not have heat sealing performance. When PET film is used for product packaging, in order to solve its heat sealing problem, it is usually used to composite BOPET film with PE film or CPP film, which to some extent limits the application of BOPET film.
In order to solve the problem of heat sealing, a three-layer co extruded heat sealing PET film has been developed by modifying the PET resin and using a A/B/C three-layer structure die. Due to one side being a heat sealing layer, this heat sealing PET film can be directly heat sealed, making it very convenient to use. Heat sealed PET film can be widely used in various fields such as packaging and card protection film for various commodities.
PET reflective film
The characteristic of PET reflective film is that it has excellent optical properties, smooth and clean surface, good thermal stability, low shrinkage rate, and light aging resistance. PET reflective film is applied to billboards with reflective requirements, traffic reflective signs, reflective police uniforms, industrial safety signs, etc. There are two types of reflective materials used in transportation facilities: lensed directional reflective film and flat top reflective film. Both of them use aluminum plated PET film as a reflective layer, which is coated with pressure sensitive adhesive. Several glass microspheres with a refractive index of 1.9 are adhered to the PET aluminum film, and then sprayed with a surface protective layer of butyraldehyde.
