HIPADS is developed for the ultra-high temperature application in the PCB industry. When the lamination temperature of exceeds 320 °C, Kraft paper and other auxiliary materials can not withstand this high temperature, and higher temperature-resistant fiber materials, e.g. HIPADS is the perfect solution.
