What Are the Methods of Using and Storing Release Films?
For a product, we not only need to know its usage method, but also the storage method, so that it can be directly stored when not in use. If the incorrect method is used, it will affect the quality of the release film. What are the methods of using and storing release films?
1、 Storage
1. Store in a ventilated or cool place, with a temperature range of 5 ℃ to 32.5 ℃
2. Keep away from ignition sources and compatible materials: strong alkali, Mineral acid, ammonia, chloride, strong oxidant.
3. Keep the container tightly closed when not in use.
4. Be sure to follow all the precautions on the container label, product information, and adhesive instructions.
2、 Using
When using, try to avoid contact with skin and clothing as much as possible.
2. Be sure to stay away from ignition sources during use.
3. Do not eat or smoke when using.
Nano water film is an industry leading research and development of hot pressing materials; Since its establishment in 2006, the manufacturer has relied on advanced research and production advantages to provide customers with various release film materials, compression buffer materials, and other hot pressing fields such as PCB hard boards, FPC soft boards, soft hard composite boards, CCL copper clad plates, new energy, and high-temperature projects above 300 ℃.
At present, multiple alternative hot pressing materials imported from the United States have been successfully developed: 1. In the field of hot pressing of soft and hard bonding boards, a functional release film REEPLUS with filling and covering functions can effectively solve the problem of swelling and shrinkage; PAPADS, a paper compression cushion with strong pressure equalization ability, high compression ratio, and outstanding cushioning performance; 2. In the field of soft board FPC and adhesive products, develop a 30g ultra light release force silicone oil free release film; 3. In the field of high-temperature projects, develop a temperature resistant 400 ℃ buffer pad and a temperature resistant 320 ℃. Our products cover various hot pressing processes and provide customers with a one-stop, multifunctional high-temperature lamination solution.
