RF3220 | Silicon-Free Release Film
Thickness: 25/36 μm
Temperature: 200 oC
Color: White, translucent
Application: Lamination of FPC
Overview
Silicon-Free Release Film
RF3220 is a high-performance, silicone-free release film. The substrate is made from modified high-temperature polyester film mixed with lubricating materials. This release film, which is free of silicone, exhibits specific peel characteristics when subjected to the high temperature and high pressure lamination process.
Similar to TPX material, the RF3220 surface is not coated with any substances that can cause residual release. With its inherent release ability, RF3220 can easily detach from the FPC board, ensuring that it does not contaminate the surface of the FPC board. It offers environmental protection, leaves no residue, has temperature resistance, mechanical strength, and high dimensional stability. It is widely used in the fields of PCB, FPC, electrical and electronic industries, printing and packaging, pharmaceuticals, and adhesive tapes.
