Understand the Role of Fluoride Release Film

During the die-cutting process, the release film usually encounters the following problems

1: After the adhesive tape and release film bonding machine are released, some of the adhesive tape will be released and there will be a "pa" or "pa" sound.

Reason: When getting rid of it, there is a sound, which is initially caused by the excessive release force of the release film, followed by uneven glue adjustment.

2: Causing anti escape, the raw materials that should be removed have not been removed.

Reason: The direct cause of the reverse detachment is the irrational combination of the release force of PET release film. Due to the unqualified original inspection of the release film, incomplete inspection machinery and equipment, and unstable production process, the release force of this specification and model of release film will be uneven and fluctuate greatly.

3: After punching and placing for a period of time, the release film and adhesive tape cannot be removed.

Reason: After placement, the adhesive tape and release film cannot be removed, which is usually due to uneven glue mixing. In some areas, the release force is insufficient, causing the adhesive tape to be unable to be removed.

4: The release film causes Electrostatic induction in the process of unwinding and rewinding, leading to dust adsorption.

Reason: It was not carried out in the clean workshop. To solve the dust problem, firstly, a clean workshop can be equipped for production and processing in the clean workshop, and secondly, anti-static PET release film raw materials can be used.

What are the ways to purchase open release films that cannot be ignored

1. Wear resistance: The plastic film of LCD displays is used for maintenance and upkeep of displays, so it is necessary to have a high level of wear resistance. Especially for some handwriting enabled mobile phones, the anti wear level of the glass film is even more important. Generally speaking, plastic films with higher wear resistance values have higher smoothness.

2. Light transmittance: Plastic films with poor light transmittance can harm the eyes. Manufacturers of open release films explain that under normal circumstances, the light intensity of liquid crystal displays itself is already very low. Applying several layers of glass film can increase eye fatigue. The transparency of high-quality mobile phone film is around 98%, while for counterfeit and inferior products, it is below 95%.

3. Ease of adhesion: High quality glass film can be automatically pasted without bubbles, while ensuring a clean and tidy display surface. More importantly, high-quality glass film is mostly pasted by Electrostatic induction, without automatic dispenser, and can be used continuously or even cleaned. Generally, counterfeit and inferior glass films have adhesive on the back, which cannot be used continuously, let alone cleaned, as it can also harm the display.
