The Standardized Operation Of Release Film
Preparation for startup
1. Clean the machine's guide shaft and various auxiliary tools, clean the production site environment, clean the ground, and confirm the product specifications, required raw materials, and auxiliary supplies produced.
2. Confirm the required production process parameters for the release film, set the temperature, air frequency and other parameters according to the process parameters, turn on heating, inlet air for heating, and when the temperature reaches the set temperature, turn on the exhaust and recovery device.
3. Confirm whether the film path is correct, the adhesive surface of the raw material, and all rollers of the equipment are flexible and clean.
Release film coating operation
1. Install the necessary raw materials for production, confirm the adhesive surface, place the film in the center of the machine, and inflate and fix the inflatable shaft. Turn on the tension controller and set the tension.
2. Wipe the Anilox and glue tank, adjust the pressure of both sides of the rubber roll and the Anilox in the forward direction, put in glue, raise the glue tank to make the Anilox invade the glue, open the Anilox self transmission to fill the glue, and adjust the angle of the scraper in the forward direction to make the scraper in parallel contact with the film.
3. Confirm that the equipment meets production conditions, turn on the machine and press the alarm bell to notify the rewinder. Wait for the other party to return the bell and start the machine. First, run at the bottom speed, press down the rubber roller, and use a color pen to mark the adhesive on the back of the film. Observe the film surface to confirm that the adhesive on the film surface is growing normally.
4. Due to the volatile solvents in the release silicone oil, the glue barrel should be covered properly, and the glue in the glue tank should be added less frequently without any detachment or coating.
Release film winding operation
1. Confirm the temperature, wind frequency and other parameters, as well as the procurement of auxiliary materials required for production.
2. Install the wide tube core required for the product on the winding shaft, and inflate and inflate it. Confirm the membrane passage path.
3. Turn on the deviation correction switch and press the automatic button on the deviation correction control box. Open the corresponding tension of the winding shaft and set the corresponding tension according to the thickness of the production raw material.
4. After listening to the startup bell of the release film coating, press the corresponding winding shaft to start, turn on the corresponding tension switch, and synchronize the start. The speed is increased by the coating personnel, and when the adhesive mark on the coating reaches the winding point, press the meter counter to reset to zero.
5. Use a flashlight to observe the film surface for scratches, secondary spots, and rainbow patterns. If there are scratches, please go to the coating and oven for confirmation and search. Observe the film surface every 500 meters and record the process parameters.
6. Record the source and specifications of raw materials, and fill in product records.
Packaging Operations
1. Wrap the machine with wrapping film first, and then wrap the wrapping film with foam.
2. Use two wooden boards to clamp two pieces of foam and secure them with packaging tape. Place them on a tray and secure them with packaging tape before wrapping them with wrapping film. Attach product labels.
