Polymer materials should not only have temperature resistance, but also take into account the corrosion resistance of chemical reagents, the stability of silicone oil, and the non reaction with other chemical products.
PET release is used as a substrate in the optoelectronic industry, and the coating process is much more precise than ordinary release film coating, requiring higher equipment requirements. So the price of the optical level PET release film is also much higher than that of ordinary PET release film. During the procurement process, all enterprises must first understand their own process and order suitable products according to their requirements, rather than relying solely on the best quality, which can lead to unnecessary waste.
