2： Classification
1. According to color, it can be divided into blue background, white background, and yellow background. These three are commonly seen in the market
2. According to the gram weight, it can be divided into 65g grazin, 85g grazin, 85g yellow paper, 100g white silicon paper, 105g double sided silicone paper, 120g single and double sided silicone paper, 140g yellow colored kraft paper, 160g yellow colored kraft paper, etc. Basically, it varies from 25g to 250g
3. According to the production location of product materials
(1) Generally, domestic manufacturers use domestic base paper and use a silicon coating machine for production, which is commonly known as domestic paper. However, some domestic manufacturers import some base paper from abroad and then apply silicon coating, which is also considered imported paper. However, many manufacturers in the market use pure imported paper that is mostly made of pseudo 3M material release paper. Alternatively, some foreign manufacturers use pure imported paper several times before transferring it to China

3： Scope of Use and Applicable Industry
1. Most products with adhesive properties, especially adhesive tape or protective film, usually use release paper for products that require adhesive tape

2. Broadly speaking, release paper is suitable for many industries, including food packaging, such as KFC hamburger oil paper, some ordinary food packaging bags, as well as the electronics industry, advertising materials industry, self-adhesive industry, die-cutting processing industry, and so on

4： Several characteristics of release paper
1. Cleanliness: Refers to the cleanliness and cleanliness of the surface, as the production environment of release paper manufacturers is different, and it is basically impossible to produce in a dust-free studio. Generally speaking, they are ordinary factories, and better ones will have many improvements in environmental protection and environment, These all have an impact on cleanliness. Often, the cleanliness of release paper is not contaminated during the production process. Most of the time, dust is generated due to electrostatic adsorption caused by the low cleanliness of the slitting manufacturer during slitting
2. Peeling force: Peeling force refers to whether the product is easy to peel off. Of course, there are strict testing standards for this. Currently, in China, national standards are mainly used (in the future, I will provide some testing methods of national standards for everyone's reference). The unit of peeling force is grams, and according to the test results, it is generally divided into three standards: light, medium, and Heavy release type. Light release type refers to the type that is easier to peel off when the release paper is attached to tape or protective film, while medium release type is generally peeled off, while heavy release type is difficult to peel off.

3. Moisture and temperature resistance. Silicone oil has a certain degree of temperature resistance, but it depends on the use of the product and the use of domestic and imported silicone oil. Normally, it can withstand around 150 degrees Celsius.

5： Selection of release paper
In the selection of release paper, the main considerations include cost, product quality, production procedures, characteristics of the prepared products, and usage. Below, I will explain the use of die-cutting in the industry.
1. Product characteristics: Currently, the commonly used adhesive tapes in China include 3M, Nissan, TESA, etc. Due to the different adhesive properties and materials of the tape, we need to consider this aspect when selecting release paper. Generally, it is similar to the die-cutting of tape. I would recommend customers to use light release release paper because the adhesive properties of the tape are strong, and if used in medium or heavy release, it will cause poor peeling effect, Release or re release products, so that there is no residual adhesive when the product is attached; If it is for the cutting of protective films, such as Sanzhi or SanK04, I would suggest that customers may easily fall off during use.
2. Cost: There is a significant difference between domestic and imported release paper. Generally speaking, the taste of domestic release paper is not very good, especially when adhering to 3M and Nippon tape, there are often foggy or residual adhesive on the surface, which cannot tear the release paper and the product apart well. However, domestic release paper is definitely cheaper than imported ones, and there is a relatively large price ratio. If considering that the company's products are used for export, it is best to recommend using imported release paper. Due to the characteristics of domestic release paper production equipment and production level, the instability of domestic release paper in certain products can result in waste of adhesive tape, which is also a cost increase. In terms of recommending to customers, I hope they can use more imported release paper because the price difference is not too far, but it can reduce the defect rate and provide a guarantee for customers.

3. Usage: This is mainly reflected in the fact that some products only need to maintain the balance of the product during transportation, which requires that the product and release paper are not easily dropped when combined; Some serve as auxiliary materials during the production process and do not need to be sent to end customers for use, so there is no need for too good release paper; Some require delivery to the customer for use, with a certain time frame, which requires the stability of the release paper
