Introduction to High Temperature Release Film

High temperature resistant release film is mainly used for shielding and protection of spray painting and electroplating, with a temperature resistance of 200 degrees Celsius and a time of 30 minutes. The actual temperature resistance is 180 degrees Celsius. Acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, and no residual adhesive. High temperature resistant release film product use: When coating and other products are sprayed at high temperatures, it is used for shielding, protection, and insulation, without leaving any residual adhesive after production. There are generally several types of high-temperature release films: (1) Performance of high-temperature release films: 1. Used between -70 ℃ and 230 ℃ at low temperatures, with a thickness of 0.08mm; 0.13mm; 0.18mm; 0.25mm2, resistant to ozone, oxygen, light, and climate aging, with excellent weather resistance for outdoor use

3. Has high insulation performance, dielectric constant 3-3.2, breakdown voltage 20-50KV/MM

Main features

1. Electrical insulation: Silicone cloth has a high level of electrical insulation and can withstand high voltage loads. It can be made into Teflon high-temperature release film products such as insulation cloth and casing.

2. Non metal compensator: Silicone tape can be used as a flexible connection device for pipes, which can solve the damage of Thermal expansion to pipes. Silicone tape has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, good elasticity and flexibility, and can be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, cement, energy and other fields.

3. In terms of anti-corrosion: Silicone rubber coated glass fiber cloth can be used as an internal and external anti-corrosion layer for pipelines and storage. It has excellent anti-corrosion performance and high strength, making it an ideal anti-corrosion material.

4. Other fields: Silicone rubber coated glass fiber membrane structural materials can be applied to building sealing materials, high-temperature anti-corrosion conveyor belts, packaging materials, high-temperature release films, etc.

(2) The polyimide film high temperature release film can be customized according to the customer's voltage withstand requirements. The specially treated high temperature resistant insulating material polyimide film is used as the base material, which has excellent insulation, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance of 300 ℃/10 minutes, and long-term use at 180 ℃.

(3) Meiwen Paper High Temperature Release Film is a self-adhesive adhesive tape based on resin impregnated wrinkled paper. Adhesive tape made with special pressure sensitive adhesive for protection, fixation, and heat resistance, suitable for painting, decoration, and electronics industries

(4) Acetate cloth release film uses imported high-quality acetate cloth as the base material (acetate cloth can effectively absorb resin and insulating paint), coated with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, which has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, solvent resistance, good aging resistance, stable and reliable performance, and is widely used as the insulation material for winding transformers, motors, coil capacitors, variable frequency power supplies, etc. in the electronic industry, At the same time, it is also widely used in the insulation applications of Flyback transformer (FBT) and deflection coil (DT) of the display system, meeting ROHS requirements.
