Red silicone pad usage:

1. Suitable for protection and isolation during the pressing process of various FPC flexible circuit boards.

2. Electrical insulation, with a high level of electrical insulation, can withstand high voltage loads, and can be made into insulating fabrics, sleeves, and other products.

3. The non-metallic compensator can solve the problem of Thermal expansion damaging the pipeline. As the base material of flexible expansion joint, the silicone rubber coated glass fiber membrane structural material has high service temperature, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and excellent elasticity and flexibility. It has been widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical, cement, steel, energy, and has achieved good results.

4. In terms of anti-corrosion, it can be used as an internal and external anti-corrosion layer for pipelines and storage tanks, with excellent anti-corrosion performance, high temperature resistance, and high strength. It is an ideal anti-corrosion material.

5. In other fields, it can be applied to building sealing materials, high-temperature anti-corrosion conveyor belts, packaging materials, and other fields.

Red silicone pad features:

1. Excellent high-temperature and low-temperature resistance (between -70 ℃ and 280 ℃); good insulation performance.

3. Good chemical corrosion resistance; Oil resistant, waterproof [washable].

4. Heat and climate aging resistance, as well as ozone, oxygen, light resistance, etc.

5. It has high insulation performance, a dielectric constant of 3-3.2, and a breakdown voltage of 20-50kV/mm.
