Blue release film production:

It mainly uses the carrier of vacuum aluminum plating, which involves placing PET film into a vacuum aluminum plating machine for aluminum plating, gluing, and laminating with paper. Then, the PET film is peeled off, and the aluminum molecular layer is transferred to the surface of the cardboard through gluing, forming the so-called aluminum plated cardboard. The production process of aluminized cardboard is as follows: PET substrate → release layer → color layer → aluminized layer → adhesive layer → transfer to the cardboard.

Characteristics of blue release film:

1. Using PET as the substrate, the film surface is smooth and flat, evenly coated, and free from defects such as wrinkles, tears, bubbles, and vacuum.

2. It has good high-temperature resistance, dimensional stability, and the characteristics of double-sided demolding during pressing, as well as good flame retardancy and filling performance. It is the preferred material for pressing and isolating high-end PCB precision circuits.

3. Matte blue release film has high tensile and tear strength, chemical inertness, and non stick properties, making it an excellent release material for multi-layer board production.
