Discussion on Common Problems and Precautions of Fluorine Release Film
Reechas technology is a company that relies on quality for survival. The company conscientiously produces high-quality adjustable release film, with positive quality and high-quality service, which is trustworthy. The following is compiled by us to discuss the Common problems and precautions for fluoride release film:
1、 Pay attention to distinguishing between the front and back sides of the single sided release film. As the single sided fluorine release film only has one side for release and the other side is the PET substrate surface, if the release film is used on the wrong side, it will cause the film to stick to the board surface after pressing, making it difficult to tear it off. There are the following methods to distinguish the front and back sides: a. Use adhesive paper to stick the release film surface. If it can be adhered, it is the PET substrate surface, and the non adhered surface is the release surface; b. Mark the front and back of the film to distinguish between the front and back.
2、 The surface static electricity of the release film can easily adhere to dust particles and affect the quality of the board surface if the static electricity of the release film is too high; Similarly, in order to reduce static electricity in the release film, special treatment should be taken for static electricity during coating, winding, and cutting.
3、 The cleanliness of release films is currently an important factor that restricts the widespread use of high-quality fluorine release films in HDI production; Therefore, manufacturers or suppliers of durable fluorine release films must operate in clean rooms when coating, winding, and cutting release films. The clean room must reach a level of 10000 to ensure the surface cleanliness of the release film, thereby ensuring the quality of the RCC pressed board.
In addition, attention should also be paid to the temperature of the PET release film pressure plate. The material temperature should be lower than the pressure plate temperature, because the current temperature of the fluorine release film is about 200 degrees Celsius. If the pressure plate temperature exceeds this degree Celsius, the fluorine release film will age and crack, and may have problems with sticking or polluting the plate surface. The above precautions can effectively avoid the occurrence of various common problems.
