The clean room must reach a level of 10000 to ensure the surface cleanliness of the release film, thereby ensuring the quality of the RCC pressed board.

In addition, attention should also be paid to the temperature of the PET release film pressure plate. The material temperature should be lower than the temperature of the pressure plate table, because the current temperature of the fluorine release film is about 200 degrees Celsius. If the temperature of the pressure plate table exceeds this degree Celsius, aging and brittle cracking may occur, and there may be problems with sticking or contaminating the board surface. The above precautions can effectively avoid the occurrence of various common problems.
