Classification and Application of Release Films - Part 1
Release film is a commonly used material for heat transfer printing. PET, also known as silicone oil film, is coated with silicone oil. Cold and hot tearing and matte surface, after anti-static and scratch resistant treatment, the product has good adsorption and adhesion. A good release film requires high-quality pet substrate with moderate softness and hardness, uniform and stable release force, high cleanliness, no appearance bubbles, and no setbacks and noise during peeling.

At present, release film has been widely used in industries such as packaging, printing, screen printing, pad printing, nameplate, film switch, flexible circuit, insulation products, circuit board, laser anti-counterfeiting, bonding, electronics, sealing material film, reflective material, waterproof material, medicine (gypsum paper), sanitary paper, adhesive products, die cutting and stamping processing.

1、 The use and characteristics of silicone oil release film
The application of silicone oil release film in parting cutting industry and graphite industry is to select high-quality, PET base material with uniform and stable release force, not resistant to static electricity/single (double) antistatic, and various thickness and color. It is mainly used in industries such as dry adhesive tape, double-sided adhesive tape, precision materials, mold cutting, etc. The silicone oil release film used in the graphite industry has uniform and stable release force, ultra-light/overweight release force, diverse thickness and color. The release force of 3-4 00g anti-static layer can also be made according to customer requirements, mainly used for the rolling of graphite bare materials.
2、 The Use and Characteristics of Fluorine Release Membrane
Fluorine release membrane, also known as fluorine plastic release membrane, is made of silicon fluoride and has high temperature resistance. For silicon tape, it has excellent peeling performance, and fluorine release film is mainly used for high-temperature tape and gold finger composite mold cutting processes.
3、 The use and characteristics of non silicon release films
Non silicon release films not only have heavy peeling force, but also can play a role in some silicon-free fields because they do not use silicon series release agents. Non silicon release film has the characteristics of uniform and stable release force, uniform thickness, strong temperature and weather resistance, good tensile strength, and good thermal stability.
Hot-melt adhesive is the main use of non silicon release film. It is used for HC transfer printing, micro glue and micro glue protective film.
