Buffer Pads for Circuit Board Lamination
Buffer pads is developed and produced for the ultra-high temperature lamination widely applied in the PCB industry. When the pressing temperature of the circuit board exceeds 260 ℃, the general auxiliary materials such as Kraft paper and buffer pad can no longer meet the pressing demand of high temperature, and higher temperature resistant fiber materials must be used. At present, this buffer pads has excellent temperature resistance and can meet the requirements of ultra-high temperature pressing.
At present, the buffering materials division of Reechas Technology includes:
1. PCB buffer pad:
Various thicknesses (0.7-2.0mm), high temperature resistance, and excellent cushioning performance of laminated pad paper, suitable for soft and hard bonding boards, metal based circuit boards

2. PCB/FPC repeated use of compression pads:
Various thicknesses (2.0-6.0mm) and different weights can be repeatedly used with compression pads, with a usage frequency of over 500 times.
3. PCB high-temperature press pad:
Temperature resistant 400 ℃ ultra-high temperature pressed buffer pad, used for 5G communication circuit boards (many of which are made of Teflon material).
4. Red silicone pad and green silicone pad series
1.6-2.0mm red silicone pad, 0.8mm green silicone pad
