Application of PET Release Film
PET release film is a commonly used material for heat transfer printing. The substrate is PET, coated with silicone oil, also known as silicone oil film. The traditional thickness ranges from 0.025mm to 0.25mm. Colors: transparent, semi transparent, matte white, pure white, milky white, semi transparent, glossy black, matte black. It can be divided into cold and hot tearing and matte surface. After anti-static and scratch resistant treatment, the product has good adsorption and adhesion.
PET release film has been widely used in industries such as packaging, printing, screen printing, pad printing, nameplate, film switch, flexible circuit, insulation products, circuit board, laser anti-counterfeiting, bonding, electronics, sealing material film, reflective material, waterproof material, medicine (plaster paper), toilet paper, adhesive products, die cutting and stamping processing. It can be divided into sheets according to customer requirements.
