1、 Scratches on the release film surface

The quality problem of scratches on the release film surface is manifested as scratches on the flat surface of the film material, forming fine groove lines, and a bright line can be observed through reflection. Film surface scratches can be divided into large-scale scratches and intermittent scratches.

1. There are three reasons for extensive scratches:

① Perhaps the guide roller does not rotate;

② The tension is too small and the speed is relatively slow;

③ Unknown object directly contacts the film surface.

2. There are two reasons for intermittent scratches:

① The oven belt is aging and damaged;

② There is a foreign object on the guide roller.

2、 Dirty release film surface

The surface of the membrane material has rubber particles, foreign objects, etc., which are characterized by being erasable. The quality problem of the release film caused by dirt can be inspected and analyzed from the following aspects: the guide roller or pressure roller is dirty and not clean; Poor filtration in the oven; The workshop 5S has not been completed.

3、 Uneven unwinding of release film

The uneven winding of the release film is manifested by the uneven end face after winding, with a general protrusion of ≤ 5mm on the end face. The quality problem of uneven unwinding of release film generally has the following reasons: deviation correction failure; Insufficient or no inflation in the tube; Poor paper tube (deviation or imprinting during winding); Unbalanced compression shaft or unstable compression shaft pressure; The guide roller is not level; Excessive winding tension, etc.

4、 White mist on the release film surface

The surface of the film shows white cloud like spots locally. There are generally several reasons for the quality issues of white mist on the release film surface: contamination of the main agent or solvent; The humidity of the coating head is too high; After the product is discharged from the oven, the hot air is discharged to produce water vapor.

5、 White spots on the release film surface

There are white particle dots on the film surface, which are characterized by non erasability. The reason for the white spots on the film surface is that the production time of the adhesive groove on the coating head is too long and the resulting adhesive particles are not cleaned in a timely manner; The oven and guide rollers are not cleaned thoroughly; The direction of the inlet and outlet of the filter rod is incorrect; There are foreign objects in the solvent incoming material (use a filter cloth when applying the solvent).

6、 Rainbow streaks appear on the release film

Optical refraction and reflection appear in colorful colors. There are two reasons for the appearance of rainbow marks on the release film: slight rainbow marks on the incoming material of the original film; The product formula proportion is not appropriate.
