Technical Classification of Release Film
Release film plays an important role in the production of double-sided tape. If die-cutting The double-sided tape needs to use release film. The key characteristics of release film are coating uniformity, high residue, flatness and high cleanliness; The following is a brief introduction of the manufacturer of Ruichangxing release film.
Super calendered density paper (Glasin paper) has high density, smooth and bright surface due to the special calendering treatment of this paper, which not only maintains the advantages of good heat resistance of the paper, but also improves the water resistance, which is not easy to cause dimensional changes after moisture. It is an ideal anti stick paper substrate.
The disadvantage is that the price is high. Polyester, polypropylene, or polyethylene film composite paper can be coated with seed paper (PET), polypropylene (PP), or polyethylene (PE) release film on various types of paper, which can improve the water resistance of the paper, make the surface of the paper smooth and bright, and the size is not easily changed after being damp, but still maintain good creep resistance of the paper. But after applying plastic release film, the heat resistance of the paper decreases, especially when using PE release film.
Polyester (PET), biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), and polyethylene (PE) plastic films are used as substrates for anti mucous membranes, which have advantages such as transparency, smooth and bright surface, good water resistance, and difficulty in changing size after being exposed to moisture. However, they also have disadvantages such as poor heat resistance and creep resistance, especially for PE release films. The heat resistance and creep resistance of PET release films are better, as PET films are often used to produce advanced transparent anti mucosal substrates. Anti stick paper (film) and anti stick agent (silicone oil) are the most important materials in the production of anti stick paper (film).
Due to the fact that most pressure-sensitive adhesive products using anti stick paper (film) are not cured, but rather sheet like, with a large anti stick area, it is required that the anti stick paper (film) has a better anti stick effect than the north side of the tape, so that there is no need to use too much peeling force when removing large areas of anti stick paper (film). It is precisely for this reason that silicone anti stick agent has become the most suitable anti stick agent in the production of anti stick paper (film), almost the only anti stick agent.
