PTFE gasket  is a product with excellent corrosion resistance, and its classification is also quite diverse. If the product we are using is pure tetrafluoroethylene gasket, then the materials used in its processing include polytetrafluoroethylene rod and tubular raw materials. After cutting, the product has anti-aging and non-conductive properties, and its corrosion resistance is relatively good. If we keep it between minus 100 degrees Celsius and 100 degrees Celsius, its mechanical strength is good and will not be affected in any way.

If the temperature is below -185 degrees Celsius, its brittleness will also increase. And this product is also a very clean sealing product, which will not cause any pollution problems to the objects it comes into contact with. Its scope of use is also very extensive. Advantages of PTFE gaskets:

1. Corrosion resistance - PTFE gasket can withstand the action of all strong acids (including aqua regia), strong oxidants, reducing agents and various organic solvents except molten alkali metals, fluorinated media and sodium hydroxide above 300 ℃ without reaction.

2. Extremely strong insulation resistance - PTFE gaskets are not affected by environment and frequency, with a volume resistance of up to 1018 ohms/cm, low dielectric loss, and high breakdown voltage.

3. Excellent high and low temperature resistance - PTFE gaskets have little effect on temperature, have a wide temperature range, and can be used at temperatures of 190 ℃ and 260 ℃.
