PET Matte release film also known as matte release film. It is based on the original PET transparent film, by adjusting the raw material formula appropriately, adding silicon dioxide, and coating the surface of the film with silicon or fluorine, to make the release film non stick or slightly stick when in contact with specific materials under limited conditions. TPXPPC flexible circuit boards, die-cutting industry, outer packaging, automotive insulation, etc. are all the main uses of matte release films.

Preparation of release film:

PET release film, also known as heat transfer film, peeling film, insulation film, sliding film, Tiana paper, silicone oil film, anti mucous membrane, silicone oil release paper, silicone oil paper, mask film, PET release film, also known as PET transfer film. It mainly uses a carrier for vacuum aluminum plating, which is to place the PET film in a vacuum aluminum plating machine for aluminum plating, composite it with glue and paper, and then peel off the PET film. The aluminum molecular layer is transferred to the surface of the cardboard through the glue, forming the so-called aluminum plated cardboard. The production process of aluminized cardboard is as follows: PET substrate → release layer → color layer → aluminized layer → adhesive layer → transfer to cardboard.

Release film characteristics:

Firstly, using PET as the substrate, the film surface is smooth and evenly coated, without wrinkles, tears, bubbles, or vacuum defects.

Secondly, it has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, stable size during lamination, and double-sided release. It has good flame retardancy and filling performance, making it the preferred material for high-end PCB precision circuit lamination isolation.

Matte release film has high tensile strength, tear strength, chemical inertness, and non stick properties, making it an excellent release material for multi-layer sheet production.

Storage time: It is recommended to use within 3 months.
