Introduction to Precautions During the Use of PET Release Film
PET release film are increasingly widely used in various industries. But while it brings us benefits and convenience, it also brings some troubles because there may be some problems during use. So what are the manufacturer's issues that may arise during use and what precautions should be taken?
1. The cleanliness of the release film is currently an important factor that restricts the widespread use of high-quality PET release films in HDI production; Therefore, manufacturers or suppliers of high-quality and durable PET release films must operate in clean rooms when coating, winding, and cutting release films. The clean room must reach a level of 10000 to ensure the surface cleanliness of the release film, thereby ensuring the quality of the RCC pressed board.
2. Pay attention to distinguishing between the front and back sides of the single sided release film. As the single sided PET release film only has one side for release and the other side is the PET substrate surface, if the release film is used on the wrong side, it will cause the film to stick to the board surface after pressing, making it difficult to tear it off. There are the following methods to distinguish the front and back sides: ①. Use adhesive paper to stick the PET release film surface. If it can be adhered, it is the PET substrate surface, and the non adhered surface is the release surface; ② Mark the front and back of the film to distinguish between the front and back.
3. The surface static electricity of the release film can easily adhere to dust particles and affect the quality of the board surface if the static electricity of the release film is too high; Similarly, in order to reduce static electricity in the release film, special treatment should be taken for static electricity during coating, winding, and cutting.
In addition, attention should also be paid to the temperature of the PET release film pressure plate. The material temperature should be lower than the temperature of the pressure plate table, because the current temperature that the PET release film can withstand is about 200 degrees Celsius. If the temperature of the pressure plate table exceeds this degree Celsius, Aging and brittle cracking may occur, and there may be problems with sticking or contaminating the board surface. If users can pay attention to the above precautions, they can effectively avoid the occurrence of various common problems.
