Generally speaking, a good release film should be able to adhere to the prepreg, but also easy to separate the two, not with the resin system to produce chemical reaction ; when the ambient humidity changes, the length and width of the release film should remain unchanged. How can we select a good quality release film ? Next, we describe how to select the release film from the following four aspects :

1. Selection based on product characteristics : At present, most of the tapes commonly used in China are imported, and different tapes have different characteristics, which determines that we need to consider this aspect when choosing release film. The elongation of the release film after traction should be consistent with the fiber to prevent deformation or distortion due to different drafting frequencies during the preparation process. 

2.Based on cost selection : The cost of release film is different from that of domestic and imported. Basically, domestic release film is not popular with imports. The reason is that the brand effect and long-term word-of-mouth publicity, but the price of domestic release film products is cheaper than that of imported, and there is a relatively large price ratio. If the company 's products are used for export, of course,  imported release film may be a better choice. 

3, based on the production process : here is the focus is whether to stamping or cutting, generally involves stamping or cutting, need thicker release film, because the low weight release film in stamping is not easy to break, although the bottom paper fragile degree also has a relationship. 

4, based on use application : this is mainly reflected in some products just need to maintain the balance of the product during transportation, then it will require the product and the release film when combined not easy to fall.
