3. Controllable release force, high glossiness, high cleanliness, residual adhesion of 94%, and good surface performance of fluorine release film.

4. It has good resistance to UV aging, chemical corrosion, and solvent penetration.

During the die-cutting process, the release film usually encounters the following problems

1. After the adhesive tape and release film bonding machine, some of the adhesive tape is removed in reverse and transmits a "snap" or "snap" sound.

Reason: When getting rid of it, it makes a sound. Initially, it is caused by excessive release force of the release film, and secondly, it is caused by uneven glue adjustment.

2. Causing anti elimination, the raw materials that should be eliminated have not been eliminated.

Reason: The separation force of PET separation membrane is unreasonable. Due to the unqualified original inspection of the separation membrane, incomplete inspection of mechanical equipment, and unstable production process, the separation force of the separation membrane is uneven and fluctuates greatly.

3. After punching and placing for a period of time, the release film and adhesive tape cannot be removed.

Reason: After placement, the tape and release film cannot be removed, usually due to uneven adjustment of the adhesive and insufficient release force in some areas, resulting in the tape being unable to be removed.

4. The separation membrane will cause Electrostatic induction and dust adsorption.

Reason: It is not carried out in the cleaning workshop. In order to solve the dust problem, one can be equipped with a cleaning workshop for production and processing, and the other is to use anti-static PET release film raw materials.
