When quickly pressing FPC flexible circuit boards, it is necessary to cut the release film into suitable specifications and sizes. It is generally recommended to cut it to T: 35 μ M × W: 280mm × L: 350mm, which can also be adjusted according to the size of the FPC layout design, or reasonably optimized and combined according to the existing equipment table specifications. There are manual and mechanical cutting methods. No matter how the cutting is carried out, it is necessary to operate in a dust-free, constant temperature and humidity working environment. Operators must wear dust-free protective equipment and their skin must not come into direct contact with the product.
Mechanical cutting of matte release film mostly uses a flat tension cutting machine. The biggest advantage of flat tension cutting of matte release film is that it can be adjusted in size and speed, and one machine can load and cut up to more than 30000 pieces with accurate accuracy. The flat sheet cutting machine must place one or two demagnetizing rods, one at the cutting edge and the other at the feeding point. The demagnetizing rods must be in contact with the ground, otherwise they will not have any effect.
