1. PET silicone oil film, also known as PET release film, is a layer of silicone oil applied to the surface of the PET release film to reduce its adhesion and achieve release effect. It can be divided into single-sided release film and double-sided release film. According to the release force, it can be divided into light release membrane, medium release membrane, and heavy release membrane.

3. Silicone oil usually refers to linear polysiloxane products that maintain a liquid state at room temperature. It is generally divided into two categories: methyl silicone oil and modified silicone oil. The most commonly used silicone oil, methyl silicone oil, also known as ordinary silicone oil, has all organic groups of methyl. Methyl silicone oil has good chemical stability, insulation, and hydrophobic properties. It is made of Dimethyldichlorosilane by hydrolysis with water to obtain the primary polycondensation ring. The ring is cracked and rectified to obtain the low ring. Then the ring, capping agent and catalyst are put together for polymerization to obtain mixtures with different polymerization degrees. Silicon oil can be made by removing the low boiling matter through vacuum distillation.
