Ink viscosity is too low, dry and opaque. In the actual production process, in order to improve efficiency and fluidity, printers often like to reduce the viscosity of the ink. This will cause the solvent in the ink to penetrate into the release layer, increasing the difficulty of volatilization, and ultimately sealing all solvents in the inner layer, forming an release layer where the ink layer is miscible.
