Advantages and Characteristics of Matte Release Film

Matte release film, also known as matte release film, matte film, PET matte film, TPX matte release film, fluoroplastic release film, and fluoroplastic release film. PET matte film is based on the original PET transparent film, with appropriate adjustments to the raw material formula. After the addition of silica, the peel film is not sticky or slightly sticky after contact with a specific material under limited conditions. Matte release film characteristic

1. Using PET as the substrate, the film surface is flat and smooth, and the coating is uniform, without wrinkles, tears, bubbles, or vacuum defects.

2. It has good high-temperature resistance, stable size during pressing, and double-sided release characteristics. It has good flame retardant technical performance and filling performance, making it a material for precision control circuit pressing and isolation of high-end PCBs.

3. Matte release film has high tensile and tear strength, chemical inertness, and non stick properties, making it an excellent release material for multi-layer production.


Storage and usage requirements

Firstly, it is recommended that users try to use up the product within six months from its production date (with a shelf life of six months).

Secondly, ensure that the surface of the attached object must be dry, clean, and free of any oil stains before using this product.

Thirdly, the storage working temperature should be between 22-28 ℃ and a relatively high humidity of 50% -70%; Avoid using open flames.

Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures (above 40 degrees Celsius), and high humidity (above 70% relative humidity).
